| Description | hi kerwin we received some issue from VOC. Smart3 Small voice sounds louder and louder, regardless of the real-time channel is a symptom. TV Setting set is an auto. an issue time is btw 14h ~14h40m. at SBS(CH05), KBS(CH09), Home shopping(ch8). please see a log. Thanks. | ||||

Hi Jason, I got another log for kernel messages (dmesg.txt) from My.Yoon's mail. I found STB received BT keyevent with scan code '115'. This is VOLUME_UP key and event time is also in 14:00 - 14:40. Therefor, I think there is no problem on that STB. hi kerwin you mean since kernel receive a key " volume up", there is no problem about this issue. box receive a key from RCU. So sound is increasing . is it right? you think only how can receive a key in kernel message on the box? Thanks |

We also checked in SKB user status when this issue happen. Please match up your opinion below answer. [answer] skb user didn't touch anything from time which a sound is increasing at 14:00~14:36. 2. when you try to get a log ? [answer] when a sound was increasing automatically skb user tried to get a log. 3. after was incresed a sound, sound was stopped as automatically or pressed volume down key? Hi Jason, There is no evidence to prove STB has queued key code. From the log, we can only see STB received key codes from RCU. Thanks ! |
